Scope of Work:
The Pilot is to eliminate the zones which produce water by compartmentalizing the complete horizontal length of the well. The pilot will be executed in a well in west Kuwait field across 1,036 ft of Burgan open hole formation. The zonal isolation will allow the oil to flow in the wellbore by curtailing inflow of water by the inherent ability of the system. This way frequent well intervention to curtail water influx in the wellbore is avoided.
The responsibility of the consultant includes, but is not limited to, provide the ICD flow-tube completion design, supply material and install ICD flow-tube completion system across the indicated horizontal open hole formation with ESP pump equipped with variable speed drive surface system. The other responsibility of the consultant is to commission, operate and maintain the system, including the complete supply of material, as an integrated package.
