Scope of Work:
Complete Sulfuric Acid Plant Using Contact Process (Dry Way), which involves Catalyst of (Vanadium Oxide)
- Production capacity: 20 ton / day.
- Concentration: 98.5 %.
- The plant has to contain:
1- Melting unit as well as pumping unit.
2- Three storage tanks (100 ton) of 98 % sulfuric acid each.
3- Complete loading unit connected with the storage tanks.
4- Electrical generators to operate the plant through the emergency conditions or situation, (1 M watt).
The supplier has to undertake the fallowing duties:
1- Engineering both (basic and detailed).
2- Delivery.
3- Installation (optional) "and/or its manuals"
4- Commissioning, starting.
5- In case of installation, operating the plant for three months before handing over the plant.
6- 6 months guarantee of main equipment.
7- Control System for this project has to be (DCS Systems) with power supply (UPS) type (Redundant).
Civil Works:
1- All architecture, civil drawings and details for machines instruments and utilities bases, foundations for all construction details must be provided by the supplier and must be suitable with company site and soil investigations.
2- The designs and specifications for civil and finishing works (which provided by the supplier) must be suitable for acids resistant.
3- The engineering and technical consulates for civil works should be present i-sarne date of starting the executive works and continuous at least for one year from that date.
