Scope of Work:
South Oil Company (SOC) intends to purchase smart field ESDV valves to fit its existing natural gasoline transmission line.
The required instrumentations are:
1- Supply of # 34 Emergency Shutdown Valve (line breakdown valves) (ESDV)
Type: ball valve, c/w all accessories, flange ended.
Inner valve: S.S.316.
Brand: cameron or equivalent.
Size 24", ANSI 600, fluid: natural gas.
Design pressure: 100 bar.
Operating pressure: (15-44.4) kg/cm2.
Maximum working pressure: 100 kg/cm2.
Actuator:
Control signal: natural gas.
Test pressure: 1600 psi.
Control power: 1065 psi.
Body: cslt.
Trim: CR-SR-N.
2- Supply of # 34 actuator:
Shafer operator or equivalent, class 600 Cameron ball valve, the operator is fitted with gas-hydraulic tank and powered by line pressure.
3- Supply of # 34 up-stream 24", down-stream manual ball type valve with hand wheel. Each has two years spare parts.
4- Fat test at manufacturer headquarter office 4 attendee.
All instruments should be Hazardos certified.
