Scope of Work:
Gazprom has invited prequalify contractors for Mud Logging Services in the Drilling program for onshore Area 64, which comprised Drilling of six firm exploration wells.
Operations estimated start date – September, 2010.
Basic Qualifications:
Potential Contractor must have or be able to provide the following:
1- Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment and materials to perform complete Mud Logging Services for Company.
2- All equipment delivered shall be fully documented with specification of dimensions, weight, inspection, identification of hazards, calibration, certification, compliance with API standards and shall be checked by Company’s representative against the contract and inventory list.
3- Contractor shall maintain a full inventory of backup parts, equipment and workstations required for repair, maintenance and calibration to ensure a continuous provision of the Services.
4- Contractor is to ensure that all consumables required to fulfill the Services are available at the well site in due quantity (in a container) throughout the whole duration of the Services.
5- General purpose equipment (unit, cables, monitors, etc) should be configured to operate in a desert envirnment.
6- Contractor shall assist Company as required in compiling a Mud Logging program, and is expected to have its own offset database to allow for optimal evaluation of the bore hole.
7- Enough equipment/materials and personnel to provide simultaneous operations both in offshore Area 19 and onshore Area 64 in the event that the same contractor is awarded both this contract and the contract for the offshore work that will be tendered at the same time as this one.
8- Information concerning related communication services, processing and interpretation services.
9- Details of base/infrastructure support to be provided for operations in onshore Area 64.
