Scope of Work:
ESP design, selection and supply for third pay reservoir - Zubair oil field as following:
1- Supply of 10 ESP produced (oil+gas) rate (1200-2000) stb/d including:
Motor, Down hole monitor w/all surface accessories (the unit should be completely installed), Motor guide, Seal section, Gas separator and intake, Pump, Discharge, Power cable w/motor lead extention (spliced together), Junction box, Variable speed drive system, Sine wave filter, Step down transformer, Step up transformer, Running and pulling materials, Cable splices materials, Cable bands, Cable protector for MLEX, ESP oil.

# 3 Motor (complete unit), # 3 Down hole monitor, # 3 Surface unit of down hole monitor (complete unit), # 10 Motor lead extension, # 10 Seal section, # 3 Gas separator and intake, # 3 Pump (complete unit) (one or two section depends on system configuration), # 3 Power cable (3150) m for each reel, # 3 Variable speed drive w/sine wave filter (complete unit), # 10 S/P for VSD itemized list required, # 3 Transformer (step down), # 3 Transformer (step up),
# 10 Mechanical and maintenance running material (itemized list required), # 7000 Cable bands type SS22'', 800 Litter motor oil, # 20 Cable splice material.
2- Supply of # 5 ESP produced (oil+gas+water) DIATTO specifications of item (01) but for rate (1000 - 1500) stb/d and the data below:-

TBG: 2 7/8", 6.5#, EUE, 8 RD

# 2 Spooler unit (10 - 12) ton with all accessories.
# 5 Air tensioner 120 PSI.
# 100 Pressure switch Murphy type (with enclosure).
# 50 Bleeder valve 2 7/8'' 8rd EUE.
# 50 Check valve standard 2 7/8 8RD EUE TBG.
5- Brand new containers for all equipments.
6- ESP training course (field services and engineering application for six persons, engineer and technical 4 weeks period should be as attached (details program) on supplier account.
