Scope of Work:
Missan Oil Company announced this tender for supplying the following:
1- 1750 Meter CSG 20", K-55, 94#, BTC, 20%R2, 80%R3.
2- 52200 Meter CSG 13 3/8", N-80, 68#, BTC, 20%R2, 80%R3.
3- 15000 Meter CSG 9 5/8'', C-95, 58.4#, BTC, 20%R2, 80%R3.
4- 55500 Meter CSG 9 5/8'', C-95, 53.5#, BTC, 20%R2, 80%R3.
a- Description:
Brand new seamless steel pipe according to API-5CT/5B last version.
b- Coats:
pipe should be coated externally and internally with standard mill varnish for protection from rust while in transport.
c- Ends protection:
Pin & box of each pipe is (steel-plastic i.e. composite) protected with storage thread dope type, model of casing protectors-sketch & drawing in details are required.
d- Marking:
According to (API STD-5A)-copy attached + piece no. of each pipe (serialization).
e- Packing:
Loose for 20", 13 3/8", and 9 5/8"
f- Inspection: -
1- Third party inspection - internationally accepted inspector.
2- The scope of inspection: -
Ultrasonic inspection on full length of pipe body (records and certificates required) as follows:
- Longitudinal-external-internal defects.
- Transverse defects.
- Eccentricity.
- Wall thickness.
- MPI on end area.
3- Thread inspections: -
- NDT.
- Stand off check.
- Taper measuring.
- Three dial check.
4- Visual inspection 100% of surface.
5- Witnesses of sampling of test specimen.
6- Checking of marking and mill coat.
7- Supervision of fabrication.
8- Review heat treatment.
9- Checking of chemical requirements (ladle & check analysis) according to mill sheet.
