Scope of Work:
The Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria Limited (SPDC) in its role as the operator of the
NNPC/SHELL/TOTAL/NAOC Joint Venture, on behalf of its Joint Venture partners hereby invites reputable Companies (DPR registered and licensed) to apply to be considered for pre-qualification selection into the bid list for the Provision of Wellhead Maintenance Services.
The work consists of two modules:
(A) Provision of Wellhead Maintenance Services for Conventional Wells and
(B) Provision of Wellhead Maintenance Services for Gas Wells. Contract award will be along the separate work
Modules.
Interested Companies may submit application to be considered for either or both work modules. Companies interested
in submitting application for Module 2 must be Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or be certified agents of
OEMS.
The contract is being projected to be for a period of two (2) years with an option to extend for another 1 year.
