Scope of Work:
Statoil (Nigeria) Limited acting in its capacity as the operator of OML 128 and 129 , wishes to invite interested
and reputable contractors with suitable equipment, personnel, materials, relevant to the specific service(s)
listed below to apply for pre-qualification.
Statoil Nigeria requires the hire/lease of 5 buses with drivers for the purpose of transporting staff from
designated bus stops to/from the office on No 1a Bourdillon road, Ikoyi Lagos.
The categories of buses required shall be:-
1. 1 (one) brand new, air-conditioned Toyota Coaster bus
2. 4 (four) brand new, air-conditioned (luxury) Toyota Hiace
All buses must have the following tools; Fire extinguisher, Emergency warning “C” caution triangle, FM radio
cassette/CD Player, First Aid box, various maintenance tools and accessories, Seat belts for all seats.
Commencement and Validity of provision of Transport Service. The contract is expected to commence in October 2009 and will be for an initial period of two years from the effective date with a one year extension option.
