Scope of Work:
The Iraqi company for oil products distribution annouced this tender for supplying # 50 Impeller type refueling pump used for petroleum products (Kerosene, gasoline).
Pump specification:
Self-priming impeller type with mechanical seal.
Input - out put: 3" × 2" flange.
Flow rate: 40- 50 m3 / hr
Pressure: 4-6 bars
Ambient temp.: -10-65° c
Type of fluid: kerosene, gasoline and light products.
Line of rotation: the diesel engine directly connected by means of coupling and coupling guard (no space). Be changed without dismantling either motor or pump.
Diesel engine specification:
Diesel engine, 2 cylinders, 4 cycles, air-cooled, manual driven by means of hand crank (wire rope is not acceptable).
Hp: 15 kw, speed: 2000 rpm, with flame arrester, engine and pump mounted on trolly for easy movement, insite by means of suitable large tyre.
Spare parts: recommended spare parts for two year.
