Scope of Work:
Supply of # 20 condensates recycle pumps:
S.O.C. Intends to have crude oil, pumping set to be installed in old degassing stations in all sites oil field used to recycle condenste from gathering knock out drum to 2nd stage separator for each station specification as shown below:-
Pumps specifications:
Vertical centrifugal pumps, electrical driven are required to pump condensate from KNOCK out drum to 2nd stage. Separator shall be installation mounted on above KNOCK out drum and shall operate with the following equirements:
Design code: API 610 10th Ed.
Liquid pumped: petroleum condensate
ApI gravity: 50
Flow rate: 50 m3/hr
Duty: continuous 24 hours/day
Section pressure: atmospheric
Discharge pressure: 9 kg/cm2.
Lub. System: to be confirmed.
Ambient temp.: 55°c / max. -5°c / min
No. of stages: to be confirmed.
Coupling type: flexible
Seal type: mechanical
Cooling method: by pumping liquid
Pump outlet nozzle to be according to ANSI B16.5 each pump to be supplied with its motor mounted on common skid and to be supplied with all necessary measurements and protection complete with their interconnecting piping and flow control and with high efficiency necessary valves.
Pumps to be provided with the following valves and instrumentations:
1- Discharge line isolation valve
2- Discharge line check valve
3- Local pressure gauges & switches on sec. & disch.
4- Local / remote start / stop push buttons.
5- Local temp. gauges
Electrical motor:
3-phase induction motors totally enclosed fan cooled suitable for direct starting and direct coupling with the following specifications:
Rated voltage: 380 v, 3 ph 50 hz, Protection: IP 55 / EEX-D II B T4, Amp. Temp.: 60°c, Insulation: class f, Power factor: 0.9 or better, Efficiency: 90%, Rated power: 10% greater than mechanical absorbed power.
Complete with push button contains of selector switch (auto-off -main) with 1 no start ,1 n0 stop, 1no ammeter, Electrical operation panel with all accessories and cables to be included for the above pumps taking into consideration the distance between the proposed panel and each pump is (150) m.
Spare parts for two years for each pump.
