Scope of Work:
Gazprom Libya will require Casing Running and Handling equipment and services in order to support planned onshore drilling operations in Libya, probably utilizing Misurata, Libya as an operations base, operations will commence in July 2010.
Basic Qualifications
Call for Tender packages will only be issued to Contractors who can meet the following basic qualifications:
- Contractor is either currently registered in Libya or intends to register in Libya solely or through a joint venture with a Libyan registered partner, so that they may conduct business in accordance with Libyan Law.
- Contractor can provide audited financial statements for the past 3 years.
- Demonstrates a real and documented commitment to good, modern HSE practices.
- Contractor specializes in and can demonstrate previous experience in providing onshore services for Casing Running and Handling services & accessories 20-13 3/8-9 5/8 -7-4 ½-3 ½.
- Contractor can provide all the handling and running tools required as well as in country maintenance facilities.
- Contractor can provide dedicated ,experienced personnel and equipment.
