Scope of Work:
Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited (MPN), operator of NNPC/MPN Joint Ventures requires the services of competent and qualified indigenous companies to provide the service of provision and installation of various configurations of Well Head Control Panels (WHCP) at its offshore platforms.
The scope of the call-off service shall involve engineering, procurement, construction, installation and commissioning of varying configurations of Well Head Control Panels (WHCP) complete with Production Well Control Modules and accessories. The panel shall comply with MPN specifications. It will also include provision of installation materials and commissioning spares as well as integration of the new WHCP into the existing system. Additional requirements include factory testing, loop checks and dynamic function tests in accordance with Company and applicable standards and procedures.
It is anticipated that the bidders should be competent and available to provide these services, beginning in the first quarter of 2010.
Submission of Pre-Qualification Documents:
All pre-qualification response documents are received on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays from 8a.m. to 12 noon. Pre-qualification response documents that arrive after this period will be considered as late submissions.
