Scope of service:
Supplying the materials /services required for chemical plant housed and supported mainly within a specially designed steel tower. The plant consists of the following:
- Off-loading platform and bag-splitting table.
- Mechanically driven conveyor and elevator.
- Alumina storage bunkers.
- Rotary star feeder units.
- Alumina solution mixing tanks.
- Alumina solution storage tanks.
- Alumina solution supply pumps.
- Alumina measuring apparatus.
- Alumina flow control transmitters.
- Supporting trays and the velbox hoses for Alumina solution.
- Service water storage tank.
- Service water supply pumps and pipe work.
- Stainless steel pipe work and valves for Alumina solution.
- Alumina solution density meters.
- Turbidity analyzer instruments.
- Electrical equipments for manual and automatic control of all plant appliances.
