Scope of Work:
Mabruk Oil Operations (MOO) intends issuing the tender for the detailed Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Construction, Offshore Hook Up & Integration works, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning of Al Jurf Phase 2 Project :-
EPSCC1: For BD1, FPSO process module and all hook-up and Integration works.
EPSCC2: For BH1 new living quarter platform (including jacket and bridge)
Mabruk Oil Operations wishes to invite the interested local and international Offshore experienced contractors (or their representatives) to submit to MOO their completed Pre-qualification documents for evaluation and preparation of a bidders list.
Al Jurf Field (C137) is an offshore field located about 160 kilometers to the North- West of Tripoli City, Libya.
The request by interested contractors for the prequalification questionnaire should be sent by fax and email strictly to the following address: Mabruk Oil Operations

All interested contractors should submit the required Pre-qualification information (Pre-qualification questionnaire) no later than 16/07/2009. Any document submitted after this date will be disregarded.
Important Note:
Notwithstanding the closing date of 16/07/2009, tender shall only have a maximum of 22 working days for submission of the Prequalification answer from date of issue by company.
The duly completed Pre qualification Questionnaire together with TENDERER’s documentation/attachments, with quantity of three (3) sets of paper documents (one (1) set original and two (2) sets copies) and three (3) sets of the electronically scanned documents (each set is stored in a separate CD-ROM) in a sealed envelope, shall be sent to:
