Scope of Work:
1- Supply of # 4 power pipe cutter as the following specifications:
- Pipe cutters are designed to cut form 2.1/2" up to 12" pipe quickly cleanly and with minimal effort.
- Power pipe cutting enable one man to easily cut off 4" pipe in less than 60 seconds and 12" pipe in minutes.
- Capacity (1" to 8") pipes such (10,20,40) steel, galvanized.
- The pipe cutting operates by electric motor (1100w, 230w) ac. 230, 56 hz and hydraulic foot.
Accessories:
1- Pipe support for (1" to 8").
2- Hydraulic foot pumps.
3- Cotter wheel.
4- Stand machine.
2- Supply of # 8 powered pipe-turning rolls as the following specifications:
- Pipe and tank welding turning rolls. Drive roll & idler each have a rotation capacity of 2000 ibs.
- Support capacity of 4000 ibs. 1 to 40 ipm for diameters from 1/2" to 40" 10" diam. wheels high frequency protection, variable speeds control with foot, switch 220-volt pipe turning rolls, speed range 1-40 ipm, pipe turning rolls. power pipe welding turning rolls.
3- Supply of # 3 hole cutting tool as the following specifications:
Cutting tool is designed to safely and quickly cut a hole the hole allows the use welded saddles to branch a new pipe line.
- Pipe clamping capacity (1" to 8")
- Drill chuck capacity (1/8" to 5/8")
- Hole capacity (1", 2", 3", 4", 6") the hole cutting operate by electric motor (1400w, 13amp motor) vac: 220v, 50hz, 1
- Chuck speed: 110 rpm.
