Scope of Work:
Supply of pipe layer consists of:
- Engine: diesel four stroke 6 cylinders engine max output power (150-200) hp with low smoke and noise with flame arrester.
- Transmission: automatic transmission system with one lever to control speed and change of direction of the machine.
- Brake system: automatically applied after the joystick lever is put in neutral position.
- Maximum-lifting capacity: 50 ton.
- Sprocket: bolt-on sprocket rim segment.
- Full hydraulic control high mounting of counter weight.
- Safety power holds boom drum inters lock to prevent accidental.
- Chain single grouser track pads.
- Wide-gauge frame to give stability and load carrying capacity necessary on the tough jobs.
- Hydraulic system: on demand (load sensing) control, swash plate type variable displacement pump and pressure cut-off for hoist winch andadj. Boom and counter weight cylinder drive.
- Control: single servo-assisted joystick lever for hoist winch and adj. boom cylinder, safety lever prevents inadvertent movements; free fall device makes it possible to lower the load in case of danger servo-assisted joystick lever for adj.counter-weight cylinders.
- Cabin: wide window for perfect looking and suitable seat with air conditioning system.
Accessories:
- Toolbox with special tools.
- Fire extinguisher.
- Spar parts and operating manual in English (five copies each).
- Three person training program in the manufacturing company should be provided.
- Spar part for two years work and should not be less than 15% of the contract price.
- Removable lights.
All the equipment should be made in Japan if from Asia or from (Cat, Volvo, Liebherr) if from Europe and USA.
