Scope of Work:
1- Supply of 3500-ton oil well cement class G-HSR:
Intended for use as a basic well cement from surface to 2440 m depth as manufactured, or can be used with accelerators and retarders to cover a wide range of well depths and temperatures no additions other than calcium sulfate or water, or both, should be interground or blended with clinker during manufacture of class G cement.
Packaging: 1.5 TON / BAG.
The origin should be: USA, Belgium, France, Germany, UK, Canada, Oman or UAE.
2- Supply of oil well cement additives as the following items:
- 50 ton cement retarder (low to mid. temperature retarder).
- 50 ton cement retarder (high temperature retarder).
- 5000 letter cement defoamer.
- 50 ton dispersant /friction reducer.
- 25 ton cement fluid loss additives (low to mid. temperature).
- 20 ton cement fluid loss additives (high temperature).
- 20 ton cement fluid loss additives.
- 15 ton gas control additives.
- 5000 letter expansion/bond improving additives.
- 150 ton strength retrogressive.
- 300 ton heavy weight materials.
- 200 ton lightweight materials.
- 25 ton de-agglomerate additives.
- 50 ton cement spacer.
- 2000 letter mixing aid for cement spacer.
The origin must be USA, France, Norway, Germany, Italy, Austria or Canada.
3- Supply of well bore stimulation program for all cementing jobs.
The origin must be USA or France.
The origin of the hardware required should be Japan, USA and Germany.
