Scope of Work:
1- Supply of 6000-liter acid corrosion inhibitors:
Blend of quaternary ammonium components, acetylenic alcohols, amide and oxyalkylated phenols in an aqueous alcohol solvent system, for use in hydrochloric and hydrochloric-hydrofluoric acids up to 250 Fahrenheit degree.
2- Supply of anti sludge agents:
- 3000 liter Anionic, surfactant-based that prevents asphalt sludge and associated emulsions when treating with HCl and HCL/HF.
- 1000 liter cationic, surfactant-based: used when treating with hydrochloric and hydrochloric-hydrofluoric acids with reduces the surface and interfacial tension.
3- Supply of acid retarders:
- 1000 liter cationic, surfactant-based slows reaction rate , used with HCL , HCL / HF acid treatments.
- 2000 liter anionic, surfactant-based: preferentially adsorbs onto the formation forming a chemical barrier against acid reaction.
4- Supply of 6000-liter mutual solvents:
Single-component, multi-functional surfactant additive used in acid stimulation treatments. Soluble in oil, acid, and water to penetrate deep in the formation.
5- Supply of 2000-liter Iron control / sequestering agents:
Organic acid salt solution that prevents the precipitation of iron by sequestering both ferric and ferrous iron into a soluble and stable colloidal suspension.
6- Supply of 6000-liter surface tension reducer:
For reducing the surface tension and/or interfacial tension between fluids, fluid and formation, and between fluid and tubular, using with all types of acid treatment.
7- Supply of 6000-liter friction reducer:
Allow treatment fluid to be pumped at higher velocities through a tubular and get on higher pump rates at a given pressure or provide the same rate at lower pressure.
8- Supply of 2000-liter foamers:
For reducing hydrostatic head pressure of acid treatment mixture.
9- Wellbore simulation program for all stimulations jobs.
