Scope of Work:
The scope of work considers the maintenance of number of telecom systems installed in various locations within the "Contract Area E" (El-Feel oil field), providing the necessary voice and data communications. These systems are:
-PDH and SDH Multiplexer Systems
-Public Address and Hotline Systems
-CCTV and Intruder Detection Systems
-Meteorological System
-Entertainment and Video Conferencing Systems
In order to maintain full functionality of these systems 24/7, Mellitah Oil & Gas B. V. (Oil Division) intends to assign a yearly on-call basis service and maintenance contract for the maintenance, diagnosis, localization, and repair of any malfunction in the above-mentioned locations, the replacement of any defective component, supply of the spare parts, the update of any hardware and software whenever is needed, and adding new features or functions, in order to ensure full functionality of these systems.
This scope of work provides the general requirements to carryout the maintenance services, and the bidders will have to conduct a site survey to collect all information necessary to submit the most suitable offer.
