Scope of Work:
Polish Oil & Gas Company (POGC) LIBYA B.V. intends to pre-qualify Contractors offering the set of the following services:
1. Wireline Logging
2. Perforating
3. Free-point indicator
4. Well Testing
This pre-qualification process is for preparation of the request to provide competitive proposals for above services for maximum planned (8) onshore exploration wells in Murzuq basin of Libya.
Location:
Contract area 113 (Blocks 1&2) Murzuq Basin, (~750 km southwest of Tripoli)
Contractors must specify/confirm the following information:
1. Name & Place of the Contractors, registration details and address,
2. Details of Ownership/Corporate Organization,
3. Submission of experience records in similar supplies for others Oil & Gas companies,
4. Technical requirements of the following services:
(a) Wireline Logging
- A full range of advanced open and cased holes wireline logging services in vertical exploration wells. Please provide a list and brief description of operational tools available in Libya, their specifications, capabilities, operational ranges, and limitations in terms of hole size, temperature, borehole environment, and depth limitations.
- Provide data processing and communication service to support related service.
- The required equipment, personnel and resources available in Libya to support these operations.
- Existing infrastructure and supply base required to support operations in the Murzuq area.
- The logging program will contain using of advanced type scanner family of wireline logging tools. Potential Contractors should have in their offer these kind of tools with appropriate software for them.
(b) Perforating
- Wireline perforating and Tubing-Conveyed Perforating (TCP) casing 7’’, 9 5/8’’
- Depth correlation: gamma ray & casing and tubing collar locator
- Perforating integrated with DST (optional perforate underbalanced)
- Tubing Conveyed Perforating 2 system activated (mechanical, hydraulic)
- Provide technical specifications and limitations for all equipment/ tools
- The required equipment, personnel and resources available in Libya to support these operations.
c) Free-point indicator
- Drillstring free point location & string shot
- Provide technical specifications and limitations for all equipment/ tools
- The required equipment, personnel and resources available in Libya to support these operations.
(d) Well Testing
- Open Hole DST - well 8 1/2''
- Cased Hole DST - casing 7'' , 9 5/8''
- Surface Test Equipment
- Analysis & Interpretation Data from Test
- Provide technical specifications and limitations for all equipment/ tools
- The required equipment, personnel and resources available in Libya to support these operations.
Pre-qualification questionnaire is attached and need to be filled in and submitted with requested documents and above commercial and technical information (Part III of Pre-qualification questionnaire).
