Scope of Work:
South Oil Company (SOC) issued a tender for supplying the following:
1- # 30 complete gate valve with electric actuator:
- Specification of valve:
Size: DN1200mm (48inch)
PN: 2.5KG/cm2
Length (face to face): 700mm (Russian standard)
Flange ends according to the following description
Out side diameter: 1380 mm
In side diameter: 1180 mm
Out side diameter of R.F: 1275 mm
Holes circle diameter: 1320 mm
Thickness: 30 mm
No. of holes: 32
Diameter of hole: 30 mm
- Materials: Bolted bonnet non-rising stem., body & bonnet. Cast Iron, trim: stainless steel.
- Specification of electric actuator
Valve with gear operator complete with electric actuator motor of the following description: 380V, 3 ph, 50 Hz, IP greater than or equal 54, amb. temp. greater than or equal 40°C, duty greater than or equal 15 min, actuator must have position protection (limit switch), torque switch protection, position indicator.
2- # 30 necessary fitting for installation on the pipe (Tow flange, Stud bolt, Gasket)
3- Recommended spare parts for valves and actuator for one year operation and 3 set of spare part catalogue.
- Specification of water treatment:
Gate valve wedge materials to be resistance for the following water specification:
PH: 7-8, Total Dissolved solid (TDS): 2000-4000PPM, Chlorine: 5PPM
