Scope of Work:
Mabruk Oil Operations (MOO) invites interested local and international companies (or their representatives) specialized in providing Drilling Fluids Services to submit to MOO their completed Pre-qualification documents, for evaluation and preparation of a bidders list, as MOO intends shortly to issue a Call for Tender for Drilling Fluids Services for its Offshore Al-Jurf Oil Field.
Field location: Al Jurf Field (C137) is an Offshore field located about 160 kilometers to the North-West of Tripoli City, Libya.
Scope of Drilling Fluids Services:
To provide the mud products and engineering for the wells planned to be drilled during a period of approximately 18 months from January 2010.
MOO is providing the Liquid Mud Plant and bulk silos for barite/bentonite currently located at Tripoli Port and eventually at Mellitah Base in 2011.
