Scope of Work:
Scope of services includes the provision of competent personnel, tools / equipment and support services required for the routine, preventive and breakdown maintenance of all assets covering following areas. Scope of services shall include the following:
1- Mechanical - rotating equipment, condition monitoring, and static equipment.
2- Electrical equipment, controls and distribution systems and electrical isolations up to 33 KV.
3- Instrumentation and control systems including on-line analyzers, fire and gas detection systems and control panels, and fiscal metering systems.
4- LNG loading activities which includes the connection / disconnection of the LNG Loading Arms.
5- Workshop support services covering repair, testing, overhaul and fabrication services including upkeep of maintenance tool-room and lube oil store, and Company maintenance workshop, workshop equipment, workshop building and related workshop utilities.
6- Maintenance support services covering but not limited to the following:
- Removal, cleaning and reinstallation of strainers, filters, items of plant, machinery, vessels and the like, externally and internally.
- Removal and reinstallation of Pressure Relief Valves (PRV) according to the approved Maintenance Schedule.
- Supply of pipe fitters and mechanical isolations.
- Fabrication, repair and erection of pipe work and structural steelwork to applicable standards.
- Carry out hydrostatic and pneumatic test for piping repair as required.
Provision of certified welders for Carbon Steel and Stainless Steel piping and Structural steel, copper nickel, monel, inconel.
- Where required, contractor shall provide welding machines, welding consumables, specialized gases, tools, - equipment and the necessary consumables to perform the services.
7- HVAC maintenance support services up to 40 ton capacity and ducting repairs.
8- Maintenance logistics services covering operation and maintenance of company industrial vehicles, and provision of rigging services and site transportation.
9- Support company’s waste management processes and provide services to collect, transport and process waste.
10- Provision of offshore deck crew.
11- Offshore crane maintenance: provide specialist crane maintenance services to carry out normal, emergency trouble shooting, periodic audit and maintenance of cranes installed at company Alpha Offshore Complex (RGA).
12- Scaffolding and rope access services: provide company onshore and offshore facilities with scaffolding services which shall include the preparation, design, and all material, erection and dismantling.
13- Provide specific lifting plans and studies for heavy equipment.
14- Painting and insulation support services: preparation and painting of area of plant, piping, structures and associated support and equipment and perform hot, cold and PUF (Poly-Urethane Foam) insulation. In addition the services shall also cover for the provision of personnel and services on an as required Call-off basis for both onshore and offshore; this shall be for routine painting, insulation, refractory & fireproofing.
15- Online leak sealing services: on line leak sealing and/or under pressure leak sealing work for pressure class 150 to 1500 including all services/conditions related to company onshore and offshore processes. Leak sealing devices, equipment, consumables and methods shall meet all relevant international standards and design specifications.
16- Bolt tensioning and torquing: provide qualified, supervisor, technician, and required equipment, Bolt tensioning/Hydraulic torque machine, testing and measuring devices, storage, consumable, tools, and all others expenses and all required accessories for performing the bolt tensioning and torquing services.
17- In-situ machining services: provide qualified staff, supervisor, technician, and required equipment, testing and measuring devices, storage, consumable, tools, and all others expenses and all required accessories for performing the in-situ Machining services.
18- Minor plant modification projects, and maintenance projects such as catalyst change out, steam traps survey, heat exchangers - leak testing and bundle pullout, in-situ flange machining, small bore connection and support rectifications etc.
