Scope of Work:
1- To dismantle, clean, and inspect all parts of the engine.
2- Inspection results to be verified to the OEM design and acceptance criteria. A technical report should be submitted and must include a listing of repairable items and also rejected parts.
3- Carry out all necessary modifications according to (GE) updated standards.
4- Balance of compressor and turbine components in accordance with (GE) standards.
5- Re - assemble and rebuild the engine
6- All replacement spare parts used should be genuine OEM supplied parts.
7- Coating of blades for rotor, stator and other parts to be according to GE standards.
8- Warranty for workmanship and spare parts supply must be covered by the OEM standard warranty terms.
9- On completion of the rebuild of the engines, a full performance test must be carried out measuring all parameters according to GE test schedule.
10- Preserve the engine for long term.
Main parts must be mead by (GE company (USA - UK - Italy)
