Scope of Work:
Drilling of minimum six water supply wells for exploration well locations in onshore Area 64: Operations estimated start date – late Q1, 2010.
Potential Contractor must have or be able to provide the following:
1- Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment and materials to comprise an independent, self supporting Water well drilling spread including,
a- Water Well Rig min up 950hp complete with camp, two mud pumps, space under rig floor for BOPs if required, Mud System min 120m 3.
B- Sufficient transportation to move the Rig and camp without assistance.
C- Rig shall be capable of drilling to minimum 2400feet.
d- Ability to run standard length +/- 9 5/8.
2- All equipment used shall be fully documented with specification of dimensions, weight, inspection, identification of hazards, calibration, certification, compliance with API standards and shall be checked by Company’s representative against the contract and inventory list.
3- Contractor shall maintain a full inventory of backup parts, equipment and workstations required for repair, maintenance and calibration to ensure a continuous provision of the Services.
4- Contractor is to ensure that all consumables required to fulfill the Services are available at the well site in due quantity (in a container) throughout the whole duration of the Services.
5- Company will inform Contractor before work commences the exact location of the water wells but this will probably not be before late Q1, 2010.
6- Contractor should be ready to mobilize as soon as first well locations are fixed . Contractor will probably have to drill 2 or 3 wells then stand down for extended period before the locations of the next wells are fixed according to the results of the initial drilling programme.
