Scope of Work:
Invitation for pre-qualification: Over the next 7 years Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) has various, small to medium size oil and gas projects within US$10 M limit per project. The work includes all on-plot engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning of green and brown field EMC projects and maintenance support in the Sultanate of Oman.
The expected annual Contract value (including procurement) turnover is USD 100-200 million per EMC contract.
Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) intends to invite tenders for EMC contracts. Tender issue is planned for Q4, 2009 with award by Q3, 2010. Contracts will be for a 7 years term, with the option of extension for up to 3 years. Two separate area based contracts for North & South Oman within respective areas for services shall be awarded to 2 contractors.
