Scope of Work:
Occidental Libya Oil & Gas BV (Libyan Branch) intends to pre-qualify Contractors offering travel services. This qualification process is in preparation for a request to provide ticket reservation, accommodation, as well as meet and greet services. Local and International Contractors specializing travel services are invited to register their interest in receiving a pre-qualification package by providing the information requested below.
Basic Qualifications:
To be considered for receipt of a tender package, Contractors should ensure that they can provide the information and meet the qualification outlined below.:
- Have sufficient infrastructure to provide e-ticket capability
- Contractor has sufficient equipment, qualified staff, and experience at all times during normal work hours (may need to define equipment, normal working hours)
- Ability to provide an on-site representative with full reservation and ticketing capability
- Ability to accept all forms of payment (i.e. credit cards, invoices, etc.)
- Provide reference of experience of services inside and outside of Libya during the last 2 years
