Scope of Work:
Amerada Hess Libya Exploration Limited (AHLEL), intends to purchase casing for its upcoming drilling campaign in Offshore Libya Block 54 and wishes to purchase in country casing with the following specifications:
4,000 feet of 13.3/8” Casing, 72 lb/ft (12.25 inch special drift), Range 3, L80 or N80 grade, VAM Top or BTC (Buttress) connections.(Brand new or used one in a good condition will be considered).
