Scope of Work:
Total E&P Libye is looking for either type of Offshore Drilling Unit:
a- 10K Jack-Up Rig to drill in water depth of 350ft, air gap of 40ft and maximum anticipated leg penetration of 36 ft or
b- 10K Semi-Submersible Rig
Total E&P Libye intends to drill one (1) firm Offshore exploration well in 2010 with possibly additional optional well on Block C-137.
Total E&P Libye Invites all local and international firms which are specialized in Offshore Drilling Rig Services supply, and may sent to Total E&P Libye their complete prequalification documents, for registration and evaluation, to be selected for invitation to participate in the bid of the intended projects. Taking into consideration to include the following:
1- öAll Necessary documents and licenses attesting registration according to the applicable laws and procedures in Jamahiriya.
2- Submission of experience record and CVs of key personnel specialized in similar works.
3- Submission of experience works in offshore drilling inside and outside Jamahiriya during the five last years.
4- Submission of Financial Status documents of the company turnover for the last 5 years and the Organization Chart.
5- Full addresses of the firm main office and its branches inside and outside Jamahiriya; Total E&P Libye has the right to check-visit if it found necessary.
6- Total E&P Libye has the right to request any supportive documents to the submitted data.
