Scope of Work:
The scope of this technical specification shall involve the supply of manpower, materials, vehicles and equipment for the execution of routine building maintenance, minor modification works, painting, plumbing, sewer works to include the execution of regular maintenance, check-up and rectification of maintenance defects, documentation of existing situations concerning the prevailing state of maintenance and up keep of company’s industrial facilities and offices.
Company industrial premises pertain to company’s offices, hangars, workshops, industrial plants, and support facilities located within Ahmadi Township. The scope shall include but not limited to:
1- Building maintenance of routine day-to-day in nature.
2- Occasional minor modification works for the upkeep of buildings and installations including plumbing and drainage works.
3- Occasional demolishing/dismantling of all types of structures.
4- Repairing, regulating and maintaining in good condition the company’s fresh water and drainage inside all types of structures.
5- Attendance upon and assisting the company’s personnel in repairing, and generally maintaining the system.
6- Excavating in any type of ground, soil, including rock, and breaking out any concrete, brickwork or pavement during the course of excavation and to carry out backfilling of excavated ground upon the instruction of the Company’s Site Representative
