Work Description:
Supply of acetylene gas compressor as the following specifications:
- Driven by electric motor. 3ph. 380v. 50hz
- Suction pressure. Min 250 pa
- Outlet pressure. Max 25 bar
- Capacity 20 m3/h
- With spare parts for two years itemized price.
Purpose: replacement of existing obsolete compressor in our acetylene plant.
The specification of existing obsolete compressor:
- Acetylene gas compressor (three stage)
- Driven by electric motor-3ph - 380v - 50hz
- Type: KPTD 20, cylinder dia.
- Stage (1): 175 mm
- Stage (2): 150 mm
- Stage (3): 50 mm
- Piston stroke: 110 mm
- Rate: 100 - 200 r/min
- Suction pressure: min. 250 pa.
- Outlet pressure: max. 25 bar
- Capacity at 200r/min: 20 m3/h.
- Required power: 4.5 kw.
- Suction & discharge dia.: 2" × 1/4"
