Scope of Work:
1- The scope of work comprises survey, engineer, design, supply, install, test, commission and hand over a passive 48F Single Mode fiber optic cable infrastructure Company wide. The work includes the provision of all material, labour, supervision, construction, equipment, tools, supplies, temporary facilities, test equipment, consumables and all other associated equipment in accordance with the Contract.
2- The contractor shall provide complete passive fiber optic cable network infrastructure capable of transmitting minimum of 100 Giga bit per second signals from security systems, DWDM/Transmission equipment. Contractor shall design sophisticated, reliable and redundant passive fiber optic cable network meeting all requirements specified in this contract.
3- Contractor shall carry out detailed survey and engineering to ensure reliable fiber optic cable connectivity to specified locations. The fiber optic cable network shall be designed to meet the requirement of company security systems project and shall augment the existing backbone network.
4- The contractor shall obtain all necessary clearances / permissions from appropriate authorities for excavation of trenches, laying of Cables and the like in company/ public areas.
5- The contractor shall make drawings, sketches, maintenance manuals or draw up such lists as required when none are available or to correct and update the available records to comply with the "As Installed" condition.
