Scope of Work
The scope of work consists of activities required to accomplish, as a minimum, the Engineering and design, process, piping, structural, electrical and instrumentation works required to upgrade the existing water treatment facility.
It shall include but not limited to:
a) Detailed Engineering based on basic Engineering supplied by TEPNG.
b) Definition, Expediting and procurement of materials.
c) Workshop fabrication of piping spools and steel structures.
d) Onshore pre-assembly of OWT module including all necessary TEPNG supplied equipment installation, structural steel, piping, electrical and instrumentation works.
e) Load-out, sea-transportation and installation (heavy lift) of the OWT module and other materials, including provision of all necessary equipment (cranes to lift approximately 250T, barges and vessels etc) necessary for the offshore installation works.
f) All necessary offshore works on AMP1&2 (and its connecting bridge) including piping and E&I Tie-ins works plus all structural modifications of existing AMP1&2 deck structure.
g) Pre-commissioning and assistance commissioning activities.
h) As-built dossier.
The EPCI works are scheduled to be executed between mid 2011 and mid 2012.
