Scope of Work
The scope of work shall cover the demolition, transportation, installation and pre-commissioning of process and utility modules for the final installation and startup of the new pumping station in Escravos Terminal area.
The services shall include but are not limited to:
-Mobilization of personnel and equipment/plants to site necessary to execute project as per final detailed contractor's construction scope and other technical requirements.
-Demolition of piping, equipment and foundations per technical requirements.
-Transportation and safe disposal of the demolished equipment per CNL procedure.
-Transportation of Company supplied material from the Company designated pick-up point to the construction site.
-Fabrication of pipe spools and piping support.
-Provision of construction material and other consumables as well as utilities not supplied by Company.
-Installation activities per technical requirement but not limited to the following:
Centrifugal pumps
Surge vessel
FloatationCell
Electrical power cables and panels
Pre-fabricated piping and associated valves
Piping supports
Instrumentation and control devices
Pig Launcher
Chemical Injection Skid
-Pile foundation and associated concrete slabs.
-Hook-up and Facilities commissioning support and compilation of As-built details.
-Demobilization from site of personnel and all equipment/plants used for the successful execution of the project.
