Scope of Work
Seamless steel line pipes acc. to API 5L- X42 (PSL2), beveled ends for welding acc.to ANSIB16.25 double random length (10 -13) m, suitable for sour service acc. to NACE MR 01-75(L.E).
The hardness at any point shall not exceed than 22 HRC, It must be coated by Polyethylene coating 2.5 mm thickness as minimum in accordance with DIN 30673 and the coating test should be 20 K.V as minimum using electrical holyday detector. Enough quantity of shrink sleeve and coating repair materials to coat and repair the field's joints.
Required quantities are as the following:
- 5000 m, w. thickness 0.322", O.D 8 5/8" and shrink sleeve's quantity 500 Pc.
- 35000 m, w. thickness 0. 365", O.D 10 3/4" and shrink sleeve's quantity 3500.
- 10000 m, w. thickness 0. 375", O.D 12 3/4" and shrink sleeve's quantity 1000.
- 30000 m, w. thickness 0. 375", O.D 14" and shrink sleeve's quantity 3000.
- 10000 m, w. thickness 0. 375", O.D 16" and shrink sleeve's quantity 1000.
