Scope of Work
# 4 Straddle bundle carrier
To be able to carry bundles of diameter up to 1.6 m and weight up to 20 ton
Engine: diesel engine water cooling of power (125-150) HP and tropical zone radiator and spark arrestor.
Steering: rear wheel drive and hydraulic four wheel steering.
Gear: manual or automatic gear with translation speed (30-50) Km/h and max hill climbing (5-7) %.
Suspension: made of heavy spring (and damping if necessary) to be able to lift the full load in safe.
Brake system: hydraulic brake system.
Cabin: closed cabin installed in the upper middle of the machine with wide opening windows for good looking and could be able to control the entire machine from it including of lifting and release the bundle and should be with air conditioning system.
Lifting system: operate hydraulically be means of levers from the cabin and heavy duty stripes and steel wire rope to lift the maximum loading capacity.
Accessories:-
1. Tool box with special tools.
2. Injection grease tool.
3. Recommended spare parts for two years work and should be not less than 15% of the contract price and should be contain stripes and steel wire rope.
4. Loading chart and operating and maintenance, manual (preferred CD disk with maintenance and operation information).
5. Five people training program for two weeks in the manufacturer country and should give full information about training course.
