Scope of Work
# 400 Fire fighting protective jacket and-trousers
1- The jacket and trouser made of flame and heat resistance
Material nomex® or nomex® advance
2- Density of nomex for outer shell of jacket and trouser are ( 7-8 oz / xd2)
3- The jacket and trousers constructed from four layers
• Outer shell (nomex® or nomex® advance)
• 100% aramid + Pu membrane
• Thermal barrier aramid / melamin blend non woven.
• Inner liner. nomex®/ viscose FR50:50%
4- the jacket is provided with _(5 cm) reflective trim flame retardant 3 M® scotch light type,( 2cm yellow +4 cm silver +2cm yellow) extended completely around cuffs of sleeve &bottom of - coat& horizontal band from shoulder across the back & also vertical band on the front of the coat and ( 5cm ) band sewn on both trousers legs circulating
5- The trousers have 100% cotton- webbing stitched on as braces with a quick adjusting clip
6- Color: dark – blue
7- Knees and elbows reinforced by additional layer.
8- The label in Arabic shall be printed on the back side of the suit
9- Certified to meet or exceed NFPA.1971 standard or EN 469-2005 standard
10- Weight of garment about or more 12 oz/xd2
11- Provided with quick release metal zipper on inside storm f lap and snap o- rings on out side
12- Provided with two large pocket on two sides of jacket with flap and two lower pocket on each side of trousers
13- Provide 5 m2 piece of nomex® for repair

3- to be furnished with two upper pocket two lower pockets on each side and one pocket on back side all pockets being closed by friction closer

5- Color shall be orange.
6- The lable midland refinery company fire fighting shall be printed in arabic on the back side of the suit
7- A- provide piece 5m2of nomex® density (160-180) gram/m2
B- Provide piece 5m2of nomex® density (200-220) gram/m2 as repair.
