Scope of Work
EPC for alternate routing to OPP Purge Gas during RFCC Shut Down.

The scope of this project is to install a jump over line at the RFCC battery limits to allow carrier gas to be routed to the propylene storage tanks during RFCC shutdown for reprocessing.

Installation of Tie-ins points for the line already completed during Nov 2010 Shutdown.
