Scope of Work
The compressor equipment includes: compressor unit, motor, and receiver.
- The compressor unit and motor are mounted on the receiver.
- The motor drives the compressor crank shaft through belts.
- The drive is protected by a wire-net guard.
- Operating conditions are specified for the compressor as following:
1- 1000 m maximum above sea level.
2- Ambient temperature (-10 to +50)'c.
3- Relative humidity (20 to 70) % at 35'c.

Type: stationary, with air receiver.
Capacity: 1000-1100 Letter/min
Terminal pressure: 10-11 Bars.
Receiver capacity: 500 Litters
Drive: three phases electric motor, its capacity suitable for the air compressor, 380 V, 50HZ, degree of protection IP55.
The receiver is a four – legged, welded steel vessel with: convex elliptic heads, pressure relay, safety valve, air pressure gage, condensate drain valve.
