Scope of Work
General specifications of pipes:
Carbon steel pipeline specification to API-5L-PSL2 in double random length (12 meter) beveled end with girder.
Each pipe should be marked by a good Paint, with metric- unit only including purchase order numbers and AP1-5L.
The supplier shall furnish a report approved by an international authorized
Third Party inspection given the following:
1- Chemical analysis (heat product control).
2- Mechanical test.
3- Standard hydrostatic test
Pipes shall be in ACC. To API -STD which represents the min .requirement
N.B. tolerance for dia. and wall thickness dimension to API -5L STD.
The API -5L and ISO 9001 certificate for the plant in which the pipes are to be manufactured should be submitted with quotation.
- Bidder to consider that (3) OPC personal shall have a checking visit for the Proposed line pipe manufacture during manufacturing period where cost of OPC delegation trips, accommodation, transportation, shall be born by the contractor.

-10" Pipe / ERW, SCH.20, X-52 QTY: 5 km
-12" Pipe / ERW, SCH.30, X-60 QTY: 5 km
