- Heat Shrinkable Weld Joint Sleeve

Description: Heat shrinkable wrap around sleeve shall consist of radiation cross linked high density polyethylene and coated with high shear co-polymer hot melt adhesive. The sleeve shall be compatible with 3LPE pipe coating.
The thickness on pipe body: 2.00 mm (min)
The thickness on girth weld: 1.60 mm (min)
Specification:
1. Compatibility: 3LPE coating
2. Tensile strength: 3300 psi (22.8 Mpa) min
3. Elongation: 650%
4. Hardness Shore-D: 50 (min)
5. Di-electric strength: 27 kv / mm (min), Roll Size:Preferable packing: In Rolls, Size: 30m X 450mm = 13.50 m2
- Primer (Base) for Heat Shrinkable Sleeves
Quantity: 400 L
Description: The epoxy primer shall be compatible to 3LPE coating and heat shrinkable sleeve. The epoxy primer shall be mixed with primer-hardener and applied on the pipe body for bonding. The composite epoxy primer after application shall have the following specifications:
1. Thickness: 100-150 microns
2. Pot life: 20 minutes
3. Self life: 3 years
4. Coverage: 5.0 m2 /Litre (min)
- Primer (Hardener) for Heat Shrinkable Sleeves
Quantity: 135 L
Description: The epoxy primer shall be compatible to 3LPE coating and heat shrinkable sleeve. The epoxy primer shall be mixed with primer-base and applied on the pipe body for bonding. The composite epoxy primer after application shall have the following specifications:
1. Thickness: 100-150 microns
2. Pot life: 20 minutes
3. Self life: 3 years
4. Coverage: 5.0 m2 /Litre (min)
- Repair Patch (PERP) for 3LPE Coating
Quantity: 100 M2
Description: The repair patch shall consist of irradiated, cross-linked polyolefin sheet coated with a heat activated adhesive and shall be compatible to 3LPE coating ad heat shrinkable sleeve.
Specification:
1. Compatibility: 3LPE coating
2. Tensile strength: 3300 psi (22.8 Mpa) min
3. Elongation: 650%
4. Hardness Shore-D: 50 (min)
