Scope of Work
Gate valve:
Gate valves, flanged ends raised face, threaded seat ring, controlled hardness, carbon steel body, regular port, lever or hand wheel operated through 10" size and gear operated for 12" and larger, sour services trim, out side screw, rising stem type.
- The valves should be flexible wedge or wedge gate (one piece solid) design acc. to API-600.
- Valves to be provided with enclosed stem protector, visual position indicator when available.
- All material to meet NACE M.R 01-75 (latest edition).
- Each valve should be completed with two matching weld neck flanges acc. to ASTM-A105 ANSI B-16.5.
Check valves:
Check valves, flanged ends raised face, carbon steel body, bolted bonnet, controlled hardness, full opening swing check. And resilient viton seat provided.
- The valves should be acc.to API-6D sour services trim.
- All material to meet NACE.M.R 01-75 (latest edition).
- Each valve should be completed with two matching weld neck flanges acc. to AstM-A105 ANSI B-16.5.
