Scope of Work
ITEM 1:-
Complete horizontal screw pump and base plate according to api 676
Qty.: (2) electric motor driven pumps
Operating conditions for pumps:
Service: fuel oil
Pump type: screw (three spindle)
Capacity: 140 gpm
Differential pressure: 35 bar
Temperature: 150ºf
Npsh av 30 ft
Specific gravity: 0.97 at 60ºf
Viscosity: 450 cst at 130ºf
R.P.M 1000
- Single mechanical seal from eagle burgmann or john crane according to api 682 should be fitted
- Pump should be equipped with safety valve, fitted on the pump
- Flexible spacer coupling between pump and electric motor dynamically balanced
- Non – sparking coupling guard
- Fabricated steel base plate
- Standard documents including operation and maintenance manuals in english
- Pumps origin should be from (USA, West Europe, or Japan) and from one of the following manufacturers (plenty, allweiler, bornemann, leistritz)
Electric motors:
Electric motors should be explosion proof induction type as following specifications:
- Volts, phase, cycle: 380/3/50
- Eexd iic t 4
- Insulation class: f
- Ip 55
- Bearing should be antifriction type with grease lubrication
- Encl: tefc
- Ambient temp: 55 co (max)
- Manufacturer (usa or west europe) and from abb, siemens , nancy , schorch , ansaldo
- Speed 1000 rpm

- Exhaust steam pressure: 10 psig
- Turbine speed: 1500 rpm
- Turbine rotation: cw viewed from governor end.
# Turbine should be furnished with:
1- Tachometer
2- Thermometer for bearing
3- Ring oil lubricated.
4- Water cooling jacket and water cooling piping
5- Governor Wood wards tg13, the ordinary type (not oil pump type or any other different type)
6- Casing relife valve.
7- Carbon sealing ring.
8- Casing with insulation.
# Turbine should be form one of the following manufactures: - (dresser – rand, elliott)
