Scope of supply for each unit 1 pump 1) Pump shall be manufactured according to (API 610). 2) Bearing should be antifriction ball bearing, ring lubricated type. 3) Flange pump drains. 4) Flexible meta stream coupling dynamically balanced between pump and motor. 5) Mechanical seal Mfr: John Crane or Eagle Burgmann. 6) Non-sparking coupling guard. 7) Mechanical seal according to (API 682). 8) Fabricated steel base plate. 9) Centerline case-mounting. 10) Water cooling pressure available on site (2.5min - 3max) Kg/cm²& temperature 35 C°. 11) Standard documentation including operation and maintenance manuals in English. 12) The pump manufacturer should be one of the following: (Union, Goulds, KSB, RUHR Pumpen, Sulzer, Flowserve and Weir). 13) Pump manufacturer should be (U.S.A or West European).
2- Steam turbine (According to API 611) 1. Turbine should be of (In Between Bearing) design. 2. Turbine should be basic pressure design. 3. Sleeve type radial bearing should be with antifriction thrust ball bearing. 4. Bearing should be ring lubricated type. 5. Water cooling pressure available on site (2.5min -3max) K.g/cm2&temperatur 35 C°. 6. Woodward Governor type (TG-13). 7. Turbine manufacturer should be one of the following (Dresser rand - Peter Brotherhood -Elliot). 8. Carbon floating sealing ring for both side 9. Turbine should be furnished with tachometer 10. Adequate cooler if necessary. 11. Turbine power should be at least of 20% more than the pump rated power. 12. Turbine casing should be of material code steel with sentinel valve warning 13. Testing and balancing should be according to API 14. Noise level should be at max 85 dB @ 1 meter from the turbine 15. Turbine should be horizontal split design 16. Turbine inlet should be furnished with strainer 17. Turbine should be furnished with mechanical over speed trip 18. Steam condition Inlet steam 16.8Kg/cm² Temp 260 °C Exhaust 3Kg/cm²
