Scope of Work
The company requires the provision of Integrated Facilities Management Services. The contract is for a period of Three (3) years. The Service Provider shall provide suitably qualified, competent and experienced professional resources to execute the delivery and management of the following services.
Services to be provided include:
- Catering and Domestic Services
- Cleaning Services
- Landscaping and Gardening Services
- Building and Facilities Maintenance Services
- Facilities Infrastructure Operation and Maintenance Services
- Pest Control Services
- Waste Collection and Disposal Services
