Specification:
1- Update apparatus for determination of total Carbon on catalyst which contains halogenated chlorides according to UOP-703.
2- Equipped with balance for introducing the weight automatically.
3- Measuring range: 0.01 80 % weight automatically.
4- Furnace: high frequency induction.
5- Accuracy: ±0.75% of the Carbon that existed.
6- Automatic calibration.
7- Equipped with adequate digital display.
8- Reveal text error and diagnostic message.
9-Kepad: Alphanumeric Keypad with dedicated junction keys.
10- Electricty: 220 V/ 50-60 Hz.
General requirements;
Offer should submit:
1- All materials, chemicals and accessories needed for operation of apparatus for period of (3) Years .Number of yearly tests 200.
2- A calibration materials, for period (3) years .Number of yearly tests 200.
- Iron sample, 3-4% Wt Carbon for calibration.
- Steel sample, 0.05-0.1% Wt Carbon for calibration.
3- A list of spare parts, glassware and electronics needed with its part number for operation and maintenance of apparatus for a period of (3) year,
4-A Copy of maintenance and service manual book in English Including electronic maintenance sheets and electronic calibration, adjustment methods.
5- A suitable connection with PC, printer and network.
6- The latest issue of test method UOP-703.
7- An apparatus calibration certificate.
8- The guarantee of the apparatus for one year operation.
Offer should contained:-
- Installation, operation in daura refinery.
- Training for three persons in country of origin of the apparatus at least 3 weeks.
- Submit all tools needed for maintenance if present.
- Mention the country of origin of the apparatus.
- Contain the origin of the apparatus that must be USA, Europe or Japan.
