Supply of Drilling & Completion Materials

Scope of Work
Supply of various drilling and completion materials for the company land/swamp operations.
The Scope of Work duration shall be for two (2) years plus one (1) year optional extension.
a) Completion accessories and engineering services
Contractor shall provide the following equipment and services:
- Hydraulic and wireline set permanent production packers
- Tubing retrievable single and dual production packers
- Completion accessories (seal bore extension, telescopic joints, locators, seal assembly, etc)
- Sub-surface flow control equipment (landing nipple, lock mandrel and accessories, sliding side door, blast joint, etc)
- Tubing retrievable surface controlled sub surface safety valve
- Gas lift mandrels and accessories
- Completions equipment pre-assembly and installation services
b) Rock/pdc bits supply and engineering services:
Contractor shall supply the following equipment:
- 26 Bit tricone
- 24 Bit tricone
- 17 1/2 Bit tricone - pdc
- 16 Bit tricone - pdc
- 14 3/4 Bit tricone pdc
- 12 1/4 Bit tricone pdc
- 10 5/8 Bit tricone - pdc
- 8 1/2 Bit tricone - pdc
- 6 Bit tricone - pdc
- 5 7/8 Bit tricone - pdcI
Contractor is expected to provide the following additional services:
- Comprehensive bit proposals for each well and hole size
- Engineering support, data base and computer modelling
- Inspection and maintenance of bits
c- Supply of OCTG (casing and conductor pipe):

Contractor shall provide multistage wellheads and x-mas tree for the followings systems:

- 20 - 13 3/8 - 10 3/4 - 3 1/2 dual 5k psi
- 20 - 13 3/8 - 10 3/4 - 3 1/2 dual 10k psi
