Scope of Work
Smokeless burner forwaste oil and gas, surge tank.
1. Specificate of Burner
- Portable.
- Skid mounted.
- Working pressure = 1440 psi.
- Capacity = 10000 bbl/D.
- Emulsion capacity = 50% oil/water suspension.
- Gas capacity = 5 MMSCFD @ 300 psi.
- Check valve air line = 3" water type, 1440 psi.
- Check valve oil line = 3" water type, 1440 psi.
- Oil line connection = 3" fig. 602 female.
- Air line connection = 3" fig. 602 female.
- Ignition system = Butane with electric ignition or any recommended (remote operated).
- Surface coating = Sand blasting, coating inorganic zinc primer (0.3 – 0.4) mm, epoxy resin intermediate coat (0.4 – 0.6)mm , urethane acrylate coat (0.4 – 0.6)mm.
Color: Navy Blue.

Note: the manifold must have a chock to Restrict the oil flow rate 1/64" division On both side.

The vessel to be installed on an oil field type skid with all manifolds and accessories to be within the skid dimension.
Painting and coating
Vessel, skid, pipe work valve and instruments etc. to be externally painted, instrument and valves to be supplied painted in manufacturer's standard.
Spare parts
- Spare parts for all items in this inquiry required.
Training
Will be required for 2 persons. (1 Engineer, 1 Technician) for 7 days except traveling days.
