Learners laptop PCs: CPU Core2Duo, 2 GB of Ram, HDD 250 GB, 1024 MB video card, 17” LCD monitor, DVD Burner, headphone, Arabic/English keyboard with Windows XP Pro. 32 bit operating system (windows 7 32 bit upgradeable)
UPS: each 5 KVA
Training for technical staff and English language teachers: Duration: as long as it takes (professionally) in the supplier country to gain as much experience as possible which is not available at NOC and to apply the latest technology used in modern digital English language teaching worldwide in NOC English Language Training Centre.
