Scope of Work
Plastic Containers Plant
Material: high density poly ethylene with an excellent combination of stiffness and environmental stress crack resistance.
Application: - designed for small blow molding containers (5) liters for lubrication oils.
Materials should be suitable for automa machine Italy type.
Physical Properties:-
Density: - 0.956 gm/cm3
Melt index: - 0.3 gm/10 min
Melt temperature: - 180-200 c0
Vicat softening temperature: - 127 c0
Mechanical:-
Stiffness: - 12.000 kg/cm2
Hardness: - 68 shore D
Elongation (break):- 1.000 %
Pakage: Material to be packed in 25 kgs paper bags of sufficient strength to with stand over seas shipment each 40 bags in to be put in a wooden pallet & covered with shrinkage cover.
Note: - 50 kgs sample should be submitted for trial test.
